Our members receive personalized advocacy, resource coordination, follow-up, and ongoing support based on their individual needs.

Each member receives a personalized care plan that helps our team understand their needs, coordinate resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and follow-up.

Gentle Consultant Agency is a referral-based advocacy partner. We coordinate your care, make warm introductions to vetted providers and community organizations, and stay with you afterward to make sure the support actually arrives.
